📦 When will I receive my order?
We ship orders within 1–3 business days after purchase. Delivery time depends on your country and the shipping method selected.

🔁 Can I return or exchange an item?
Yes, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.

🧵 Where are your garments made?
All KIYAN pieces are handcrafted in our studio in Slovakia.
We use only natural materials and focus on every detail.

🧺 How do I care for the items?
Washing: Hand wash or use a delicate cycle up to 40°C. Wash separately the first time. Avoid bleach. Use low spin settings.
Drying: Best dried in fresh air. If drying outside, avoid direct sunlight especially for colored items.
Ironing: Steam ironing works well. Linen tolerates high heat, but if you like its natural wrinkles — ironing is optional. Shake the damp item gently to smooth it out.
Shrinkage: 100% linen may shrink slightly (2–6%) after first wash. It typically returns to its original shape with wear.
