Pravidlá poskytovania refundácií

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from KIYAN. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

You have the right to return your items within 14 days of receiving your order.

2. Conditions of Return

• The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
• It must be returned in the original packaging, with tags still attached.
• Items showing signs of wear, washing, or alterations will not be accepted.

3. How to Initiate a Return

Please email us at kiyanwear@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions for returning the item.

4. Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service.

5. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need another size or color, please return your item and place a new order.

7. Non-returnable Items

Gift cards and personalized or custom-made items cannot be returned unless defective.
